KNEECAP, Niamh Bury, Cushla and more announced for Primavera a la Ciutat in Barcelona

Primavera a la Ciutat have announced the line-up for their upcoming edition, which will take place in between Monday, June 2, and Sunday, June 8 2025 in Barcelona, Spain.

Among those playing this year are the Belfast-native hip-hop trio KNEECAP, Portmarnock folk singer-songwriter Niamh Bury, Spanish-Irish folk-electronica collective Cushla, and Dublin-based rock three-piece Bucket.

Primavera a la Ciutat is a week-long multi-screen, multi-venue urban programme that complements the Primavera Sound festival, which will start on Wednesday, June 4, and finish on Sunday, June 8, 2025. 14 artists from Primavera Sound will also perform at Primavera a la Ciutat, such as Baltimore dream pop band Beach House, as well as emo-rock band Los Campesinos! and cross-genre artist Nilüfer Yanya, both from the UK.

The gigs will take place at venues like Sala Apolo, La (2) d'Apolo, Razzmatazz, Paral·lel 62, LAUT, or La Nau and Enfants. 22 free concerts will also be presented by Primavera Pro at the CCCB from Wednesday 4 to Friday 6, with performers including JENYS, xicu, and Niamh Bury.

The programme is open to regular and VIP full festival ticket holders of Primavera Sound Barcelona 2025. Access will be granted through a pre-booking process, details of which are yet to be announced.
