King Kong Company announce show at The Academy
They will also play Cyprus Avenue in Cork with tickets still available.
King Kong company will take to The Academy stage on Friday, November 28.
This announcement comes in addition to their Cyprus Avenue gig in Cork on October 24, as part of Cork's Jazz Music festival.
King Kong Company are best known as a high-energy live act, winning awards such as Best Irish Live Act in 2016 and Best Irish Act in 2018. They are also known for their signature "Boxhead" member, and their 90s-inspired electronic sound, which blends rock, dub, and cinematic elements.
Their high energy performances have garnered awards like Best Irish Live Act in 2016 and Best Irish Act in 2018.
The band's music has also been featured in the 2018 film 'The Harder They Fall' by Jeymes Samuel and 2021 short film 'Mascot' by Amedeus Hall.
MCD for their Academy gig presale will start Wednesday, September 10, at 10am with General on sale starting Friday, September 12 at 10am.
