Kate Nash announces intimate Irish shows this autumn

Kate Nash has announced she will play a run of intimate shows in Ireland this autumn.

The run will include two shows at Derry’s Other Voices on September 25 and 26, a date at Cork’s Coughlan’s on October 4, Kilkenny’s Cleere’s on October 5 and Dublin’s The Ruby Sessions on October 6.

These follow on from her appearances at Galway International Arts Festival, All Together Now and the Fleadh this summer, where she debuted songs from her new project exploring her Irish heritage.

The London-born singer first gained fame in 2007, with her single ‘Foundations’. Her debut album Made of Bricks, released that same year, took No. 1 on the UK charts.

In 2008, she was named Best British Female Act at the BRIT Awards.

She went on to release four more studio albums and several EPs.

Most recently, she released GERM Remix EP in November of 2025, which includes dance and electronic interpretations of her track ‘GERM’ from Peaches, Bimini, Jaguar and charlieeeee.

Nash’s most recent full-length album, 9 Sad Symphonies, came out in 2024 and marked her first LP in six years, following 2018’s Yesterday Was Forever. She toured in support of the album, performing a date at Dublin’s The Academy on December 18, 2024.

“Overall, Nash’s frank and vulnerable ruminations make for an endearing listen,” Hot Press wrote in a review of the album.
