Just Announced: The Young Folk Sign Major Deal in the U.S.
A new marriage for The Young Folk!
Ireland's own alternative folk band, The Young Folk, made a co-management deal and record licensing agreement between ARC Music Productions and Tom Sarig and his Esther Creative Group (ECG). These new vows predict an adventurous international future for the band.
Based in New York, Tom Sarig has owned and operated ECG for the past thirteen years, overseeing the careers of artists like Gaslight Anthem, Lou Reed, and Violent Femmes. Similarly, ECG records will launch The Young Folk's album, The First Sign of the Morning in the United States, Canada, Australia, and other territories.
The Young Folk play their final show in Ireland at the Academy in Dublin Friday October 21 at 8PM
