Jester & Friends to perform Oasis tribute gig in aid of Down Syndrome Ireland
The gig will be held in Hickey's Pub in Thurles, Co. Tipperary. Tickets are on sale now via Eventbrite
Tipperary natives Jester, and friends, will perform the best of Oasis—plus a few rarities for the devotees—this summer in Thurles, Co. Tipperary. The event will take place in Hickey's Pub on Cathedral Street on Saturday, 15th June 2024.
The event is in aid of Meitheal 21, Down Syndrome Ireland’s Tipperary branch, which is run on a voluntary basis by parents and families of children and adults with down syndrome. At the centre, volunteers provide those with down syndrome and their families with an extensive range of essential services and support.
With limited state funding, the organisation relies heavily on public fundraising and the charity of communities, workplaces, schools and individuals.
Jester and friends promise to deliver a night to remember playing non-stop Oasis tunes for the duration of the event. Tickets are €15 plus booking fee and are on sale now via Eventbrite.
Non-attending tickets are also available to purchase if you would like to support the cause, but are unable to make it. Otherwise, donations can be made out to Down Syndrome Ireland on their website here.
