James Vincent McMorrow announces show at Cork's Everyman Theatre

James Vincent McMorrow is set to perform at the Everyman Theatre in Cork on October 24.

On Instagram, the Malahide native announced the show, which is a part of the Guinness Cork Jazz Festival.

"In 2014 I did this show in Toronto at the Opera House, just me a piano and a drum machine," McMorrow wrote in the post's caption. "It'll go down as one of the most special nights I've ever played, just me and my songs and the audience.

"I only ever did the show once and I've always wanted to revisit the premise," he added. "So we're gonna do it again on the 24th October..."

Last month, McMorrow starred on the cover of Hot Press. In an interview with Hot Press writer Kate Brayden, McMorrow discussed his latest album Grapefruit Season, signing to a major label, overcoming self-doubt, and more.
