Irish songwriter extraordinaire Rooty performing on Jimmy Kimmel Live
The Billie Barry alumni has written songs for artists like Britney Spears, One Direction and Bebe Rexha.
In another case of "Irish musician made good", talented Irish songer and songwriter Rooty, also known as Ruth-Anne Cunningham, will perform the song 'Love's Just A Feeling' with Lindsey Stirling on US chat show Jimmy Kimmel Live.

The Donaghmede, Dublin native started writing songs at the age of seven while she was in the Billie Barry performing arts school, and qon the 2004 Jacob's Song Contest while still in secondary school.
Her skill eventually brought her to Los Angeles, and spate of songwriting credits for artists like Britney Spears, One Direction, Avicii and TLC followed, but in 2014 she struck out on her own with a solo career.
More recently, she's featured on the song 'Pray' for the soundtrack for Fifty Shades Darker:
