Hot for 2019 International Acts: Didi

Not to be confused with the Khalid song of the same name, the Ohio quartet’s speciality is skuzzed up classic indie rock – Sonic Youth meets Veruca Salt via The Breeders (and a bit more Veruca Salt), with a welcome pop sensibility running through. They pack a triple treat of vocalists in Kevin Bilapka–Arbelaez, Meg Zakany and Leslie Shimizu.
