HONEYPOT and Tengu present LEGIT GIRL DJ for Irish Debut
LEGIT GIRL DJ is set to play HONEYPOT for her Irish debut on May 4
Dublin's first "electronic club night for gay girls and friends," HONEYPOT, is joining forces with club Yamamori Tengu for a May Bank Holiday party on May 4. The collaboration introduces Marseille-based LEGIT GIRL DJ to Irish audiences for her debut.
Described by the event organisers as producing "heartbreak stories & out-of-breath club experiences," LEGIT GIRL DJ is known for intertwining melodies and rhythms from hard dance and gabber to techno and deconstructed club sounds.
Since mid-2022, LEGIT GIRL DJ has gained attention from labels and collectives such as Live From Earth, Soul Feeder, Sirens, Warning, and Promesses. She has also appeared in festival lineups including Peacock Festival (Paris, FR) and Maintenant Festival (Rennes, FR). As a prominent figure in the LGBTQ+ electronic music scene, she co-hosts Rinse France's yearly Pride Month takeover with talents from the community.

Joining LEGIT GIRL DJ on stage are mooncup and DJ Baby Tee. mooncup, known for her sets blending trap, Jersey club, and dancehall, has been involved in Dublin's music scene for the past two years. DJ Baby Tee, co-founder of HONEYPOT, brings a mix of electronica, house, hyperpop, and experimental pop.
