The newest Louis Walsh project have shot straight in to the top
Boyband Hometown are celebrating their first number one, as 'Where I Belong' entered the Irish singles chart at the summit.
The six-piece are currently gearing up for a run as part of The Olympia's production of Aladdin, and produced their own little bit of magic to knock Ed Sheeran off top spot. His 'Thinking Out Loud' slipped to No. 2.
Last week's top-seller, Band Aid 30, fell to No. 4, a slot below 'All About That Bass', which happily sticks near the top a full 16 weeks after its initial entry. One Direction sit at No. 5 with 'Steal My Girl'.
There's little change elsewhere - Taylor Swift, Calvin Harris and Olly Murs all feature in the top ten, while the only other Irish artist to make it in is Hozier, whose 'Take Me To Church' has re-entered at No. 9.
