Fleetwood Mac confirm new EP on the way

Soft rock superstars Fleetwood Mac have just kicked off a world tour and already their shows are causing a stir.

At a gig in the Fargo Centre, Philadelphia last Saturday, frontman Lindsey Buckingham announced that the band have been in the studio and that new material is on the way.
The band then launched into new song 'Sad Angel', which you can hear below

The release should be with us sooner than you think:

"One of the things we thought would be a good idea before we hit the road would be to go into the studio and cut some new material," said Buckingham. "So last year we did that. It's the best stuff we've done in a long time and in a few days we're going to drop an EP of new stuff."

Fleetwood Mac play two dates in Dublin's O2 on September 20-21. Former keyboardist/songwriter Christine McVie has confirmed she would be interested in playing with the group for their London dates.
