Evanescence announce release date for first LP in 10 years, The Bitter Truth
In advance of the album's March 26th release, Evanescence also unveiled the album’s fourth single - 'Yeah Right'.
Evanscence have finally announced the release date for their first full album of new material in nearly 10 years, The Bitter Truth.
After initially announcing the project way back in April, the rock outfit have confirmed that The Bitter Truth will arrive on March 26th, 2021.
The band have released the fourth single off the work, groovy rock number 'Yeah Right', following on from previous singles 'Wasted On You', 'The Game is Over' and 'Use My Voice'.
The pandemic has presumably pushed the album's release further back, but singer Amy Lee and Co. have been rolling out new music over the past several months.
Amy Lee offers a self-cynical view of the band’s experience in the music industry on their latest track.
The Bitter Truth is now available for pre-order, with a limited-edition deluxe fan box set featuring a bonus CD, a journal, a poster, and a cassette of exclusive audio also on offer.
Evanescence’s only full performance of 2020, the virtual 'Evanescence: A Live Session From Rock Falcon Studio', is scheduled to premiere this Saturday, December 5th. Tickets are available here.
