Emerge 2025: Fatboy Slim, Bicep, Horsegiirl and more announced for Belfast festival
Among the acts announced for 2025 are Fatboy Slim, BICEP, Sonny Fodera, Hannah Laing, Jazzy and Sikoti b2b Alex Farrell
The organisers of Emerge have announced the first wave of acts for next year's festival, set to take place at Belfast's Boucher Road Playing Fields on August 23 and 24, 2025.
Headlining the festival is English DJ Fatboy Slim, a pioneer of the big beat genre in the '90s and an electronic genre veteran. Slim recently DJ'ed a fun, danceable set for Elevator Music.

Also headlining is Belfast electronic duo Bicep, known for their breakbeat style and eclectic visuals. The duo has seen success touring internationally and is a favourite for electronic breakcore fans.
Other acts announced include Pres. Chroma, Sonny Fodera, Hannah Laing, Horsegiirl, I Hate Models, Marlon Hoffstadt, DJ 2qwik2gruv, Sarah Story, sim0ne, Yasmin Gardezi, Azyr, Dyen, Fantasm, Holy Priest, Jazzy, Meltx, Sikoti, b2b and Alex Farell. More acts will be announced soon.
EMERGE has assembled a line-up of more than 80 acts, across 4 stages and two days.
Joe Dougan from Emerge Music Festival commented, "Living legend Fatboy Slim tops out our 2025 lineup, alongside local heroes Bicep, and Sonny Fodera, fresh from selling out 2 nights in Dublin’s 3Arena and a lightning-fast sellout at Custom House Square - these are 3 of global electronic music’s biggest names.
