Drowning Pool and Spineshank announce Irish and UK tour for November
The tour has 16 dates scheduled.
Drowning Pool and Spineshank have announced a co-headline UK and Ireland tour beginning in November.
Tickets go on sale on April 9 at 10 a.m. The bands will visit Belfast’s Limelight and Dublin’s The Academy on November 12 and 13 respectively. Pre-sale for the Belfast show will kick off today at 12:00 p.m. They will be supported by opening act Hed PE.
Drowning Pool, a nu metal band formed in 1997, earned acclaim for playing alongside Ozzy Osbourne during Ozzfest. They’re best known for their hit single ‘Bodies,’ launching them to international recognition. The group released their last album Strike A Nerve in September of 2022.
Spineshank formed in 1996, debuting with their first album Strictly Diesel. They’ve toured with bands like System of A Down, Fear Factory and Static-X. Fusing industrial metal, alternative metal and nu-metal elements, the band earned acclaim for their 2000 album The Height of Callousness.
“It’s amazing that 25 years later people still react to The Height of Callousness the way they do,” said bassist Rob Garcia. “We’re excited to get out and play these songs again, see old friends, and throw down for all the new fans who never got to see Spineshank the first time around!”
Tickets to their Belfast show will be available here, and tickets to their Dublin show will be available here.
