Cooper Alan announces headline show for The Academy
Tickets for both the Dublin and Belfast shows will be on sale Friday, October 31, at 10am via Ticketmaster.ie
Rising country music star Cooper Alan has announced he will play Dublin's The Academy on Friday, April 17, 2026.
The Dublin gig forms part of his To The Pub Tour, which will also see him headline Belfast's Ulster Hall on Saturday, April 18, 2026.
Combining elements of country, rock, pop and hip-hop, Cooper Alan is a Winston-Salem, North Carolina, native who started out playing in cover bands in Nashville and built his following through viral videos online.
He's now racked up over 18 million followers and 750 million streams online.
Alan is set to release his debut album, Winston-Salem, a nod to his hometown, on November 7, 2026.
The record, which is divided into two sections, 'will introduce the world to every side of himself'. Winston will represent the slower, more contemplative side of himself, which resembles the husband and soon-to-be father, while Salem will represent the louder, party-starting side of himself.
The album comes after his 2023 EP Take Forever, which chronicled his marriage and real-life romance.
Tickets for both the Dublin and Belfast shows go on sale Friday, October 31, at 10am via Ticketmaster.ie
