Christina Aguilera to release new album on June 15th
You'r favourite 90's girl is finally back with a brand new album; Liberation
Global superstar and 90's icon Christina Aguilera announces her 6th studio album 'Liberation' which is due for release on June 15th via RCA Records.
It's been a long time coming but 'Genie in a Bottle' singer Christina is finally back! Throughout her impressive career, Aguilera has sold more than 43 million records worldwide and achieved five number 1 singles on the Billboard Hot 100 chart making her the fourth female artist to top the chart over three consecutive decades (1990's, 2000's and 2010's). She has won six Grammy Awards including one Latin Grammy Award.
I grew up worshiping Christina while all of my other friends were on the Britney Spears band wagon (I guess I kind of had a finger in that pie too). There is something remarkable about Christian though and it's not just her insane voice. She's a really strong woman and I for one, remember when her album 'Dirty' came out and being blown away by songs like 'Fighter' and 'Beautiful.' Her essence of being a woman really struck a cord with me as a child and I remember thinking she was fiercer than any male artist in the same category as her. She's opinionated, sassy and marches to the beat of her own drum and I will always adore this woman so I am personally viciously excited for this new album.
She is additionally dropping her brand new track 'Accelerate' featuring Ty Dolla $ign and 2 Chainz, along with the stunning music video which was directed by Zoey Grossman which you can watch right here
'Liberation' which is executive produced by Aguilera is available for pre-order now.
