A Certain Ratio to perform in Dublin
The group are set to perform in the Sugar Club
Manchester group A Certain Ratio are set to perform in Dublin next month.
Due to perform on September 15th, the punk-rock group will play a collection of their greatest hits as well some tracks from their back catalogue.
After bursting onto the music scene in the late 1970s, the group have gone onto influence a number of current artists, such as Talking Heads, LCD Soundsystem, Happy Mondays, Franz Ferdinand, ESG, Factory Floor and Andrew Weatherall.
The band are famous for fusing together elements of avant-garde with funk, jazz, electronics, tape loops and technology. Their image is solidified in pop culture due to their signature haircuts and outfits.
Tickets are €25+ and can be purchased from the Sugar Club site.
