Callum Beattie announces Dublin gig
The rising singer-songwriter from Edinburgh will perform Upstairs in Whelan’s on Tuesday, June 13.
Beattie released his debut EP, We Are Stars, on March 31, which has generated quite a buzz, with over 1 million Spotify streams. Callum has some serious heavyweights in his corner, with the renowned Ken Nelson, producer of the Coldplay albums Parachutes and X&Y, as well as Paolo Nutini’s debut album, These Streets, overseeing matters in the studio.
Beattie has previously supported James Arthur at the O2 in Leeds, and performed on the BBC’s
Introducing series, and the Whelan’s gig is a part of his debut tour, which will take him around the UK and Ireland.
Tickets for the Whelan’s show are €14.35 including booking fee, and go on sale Friday 12 May, via Ticketmaster
