Bon Iver has started the #2amillion campaign for Gender Equality
Before embarking on his new tour to promote the new record 22, A Million, Justin Vernon of Bon Iver launched a new campaign to "raise support, awareness and person-to-person connections in an effort to end gender inequality, domestic violence, and sexual abuse." During the North American and European tour, the musician plans to connect with local non-profits and other organizations to accomplish these goals. Vernon made the announcement on Twitter yesterday, as he called for fans to "look for the 2 A Million banner near the merch, say hi, get informed, and donate."
If you're not meeting up with Bon Iver on tour but still want to get involved, you can text 2AM to 56512 to donate as well.
