Ariana Grande announces new album petal, out this summer
Grande is scheduled to kick off her Eternal Sunshine world tour on June 6.
Ariana Grande has announced her eighth studio album, petal, set for release on July 31 through Republic Records. The album is executive produced and co-written by Grande and ILYA.
Grande has described the 12-track record as, "Something that is full of life and growing through the cracks of something cold and hard and challenging."
ILYA, a Swedish-Persian producer, is a frequent collaborator of Grande's, having co-produced and co-written much of her 2024 album, Eternal Sunshine.
Grande is scheduled to kick off her Eternal Sunshine world tour on June 6, 2026, in Oakland. This will be her first concert tour since 2019, with dates planned for Los Angeles, New York, and ten nights at London’s O2 Arena in August and September.
This album release follows her Oscar-nominated role as Glinda in Wicked and Wicked: For Good.
Grande will star as Olivia Jones in the upcoming movie Focker In-Law, due for release in November 2026. In 2027, she will debut on London’s West End in a revival of Sunday in the Park with George opposite Jonathan Bailey.
