A Tribe Called Quest Has a New Album on the Way
You're not imagining this.
One of the greatest hip-hop acts is getting back together after a near two decade absence for one final album, which is set to release in two weeks. After a televised reunion, the remaining members of the Tribe rekindled their group energy into one last creative endeavor. Sadly, with Phife Dawg's passing this past March, they'll have to move forward as a trio rather than a four-man group.
It seems that the idea for a final album came from Phife Dawg, a final wish before his passing from diabetes. The new album is set to release on 11 November. The group will be joined by Busta Rhymes and Consequence for the recording of the album. As of this moment, we do not know the name of the new album.
