Watch: New trailer for season two of MINDHUNTER

As revealed by Hot Press last month, the Netflix series MINDHUNTER will return for its second series next Friday, 16 August.

The series was adapted from the eponymous memoir by Joe E Douglas, a former FBI behavioural scientist, who visited notorious criminals like Charles Manson, Ted Bundy, and Ed Gein while they were in prison.

In season two, FBI agents Holden Ford and Bill Tench will probe further into the psyches of those who have done the unthinkable. With help from psychologist Wendy Carr, they apply their behavioural analysis to hunting notorious serial killers.

The new season stars Jonathan Groff, Holt McCallany, Anna Torv, Joe Tuttle, Albert Jones, Stacey Roca, Michael Cerveris, Lauren Glazier, and Sierra McClain.
