The Extraordinary Miss Flower, featuring Emilíana Torrini, Richard Ayoade and Nick Cave, will premiere in Dublin this month

The new film The Extraordinary Miss Flower will premiere at the Light House Cinema in Dublin on February 28.
Coming to cinemas in May, the movie features Icelandic musician Emilíana Torrini. The directors, Torrini and supporting actor Niall Murphy will be in attendance.
Created by Iain Forsyth and Jane Pollard of 20,000 Days on Earth, the movie follows the discovery of a suitcase of old letters belonging to Geraldine Flower. Torrini performs 10 songs in the film, and makes her acting debut alongside Caroline Catz, Richard Ayoade and Nick Cave.
Described as “part film, part theatre, part fever dream,” the movie includes readings from letters by acclaimed musicians and actors. It touches on themes of creativity and friendship, utilizing artistic cinematography by Erik Wilson.
