Track of the Day: YURN – D.A.R.L.I.N.G. (Remix)

YURN has released a lush remix of Danny G and the Major 7ths and Tolü Makay's collaboration single 'D.A.R.L.I.N.G.'

Better known as James Smith, the former frontman of alt-rock quartet Gypsies on the Autobahn, YURN has been acting as a producer for other groups for years. He has worked with some of Ireland's brightest talents, including Nnic, Soda Blonde and Zaska, and the new direction as a solo producer marks an exciting step for Smith.

'D.A.R.L.I.N.G.' is the first release from YURN's forthcoming remix EP Stay In Touch. Of the EP, YURN said: “The theme of love, distant and uncertain, is woven through each song. Maintaining relationships through screens, emails, Zoom calls, and letters leaves room for doubt and disquiet to creep in.”
