Track of the Day: Lydia Ford – 'Tell Me'

Originally from County Mayo, Lydia Ford has taken Ireland by storm with her infectious pop tunes. Today, she releases 'Tell Me'. Recently tipped by Hot Press as one to watch in 2020, Ford has certainly proved us right with this release.

The heartfelt, earnest song is about an unexpected romantic encounter, driven forward by synths and guitar, two instruments that have become hallmarks of Ford's style.

The twenty-six year old singer-songwriter's headline show at Whelan's, which was scheduled for April 17th, has been tentatively rescheduled for sometime in early October, so watch this space for confirmation!
