Front of house man Andrew Heron and chef Damien Grey made international headlines in 2016 when their small neighbourhood eatery picked up a Michelin Star. Such is its popularity that reservations are currently closed, although with a waiting list in operation you might just be lucky and bag a table at short notice. À la carte is eschewed in favour of a seasonal Set Dinner Menu that, when we popped in last, included ingredients like Wild Sea Bass, Rhubarb, Espelette, Avocado & Blood Orange. Thankfully, there’s no side order of pretension with the food there to be enjoyed rather than fawned over.
