The final episodes of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt will air on Netflix this month
The final seven episodes of the much-loved Netflix hit will air on January 25.
The announcement that the fourth season of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt would be the last came as a shock to the sitcom's considerable fanbase, who have grown steadily since it first aired in 2015. The show has become one of Netflix's breakout comedy hits, but despite its success, the show will come to a close this month.
The description for the final seven episodes reads: "As the series comes to a hilarious and moving close, Kimmy has to choose between helping her friends, Titus (Tituss Burgess), Jacqueline (Jane Krakowski) and Lillian (Carol Kane), and helping someone she’s never put first before: herself. This final season includes a double-sized “Sliding Doors” episode exploring how the main characters’ lives might have been different if Kimmy had never been kidnapped."
Other highlights coming to Netflix Ireland this month will be Sex Education starring Gillian Anderson, Grace and Frankie, Titans, Marvel’s The Punisher S2, Star Trek, Tidying Up with Marie Kondo, FYRE: The Greatest Party That Never Happened and cinematic classics such as The Blind Side.
