Electric Sideshow stage lineup for Electric Picnic to feature The Academic

This morning, Electric Picnic announced the lineup for the Jerry Fish Electric Sideshow stage. Headliners include The Academic, The Frank and Walters, and Powpig.

The stage has been around for six years now with the goal of promoting "unity through diversity" according to the Electric Picnic website. "The unique area promises everything from circus, cabaret, burlesque and sideshow performers from the U.S., the U.K. and Ireland, to some of the hottest acts around. Including the fairest ringmaster of them all, Jerry Fish who is himself renowned for his extraordinary performances!"

Hot Press's Electric Picnic exclusive issue hits the stands today and can be ordered online here. The festival runs from 30 August to 1 September at Stradbally Hall.
