The Ballymaloe-trained Harold Lynch has scored a bullseye with his self-proclaimed ‘lifestyle’ restaurant, which offers customers the choice of grazing at the 1950’s-style countertop bar or having a more formal meal in the 90-seater restaurant. Brunch is a big deal at Dockland, which has the only dedicated Bloody Mary menu in the city and Breakfast In Bread – a hollowed out sourdough loaf filled with a selection of brunchtime treats.
