James O'Brien is a writer and actor from Dublin. He studied Environmental Biology in UCD, where he also wrote for the University Observer and College Tribune. He also studied Business Management in DCU where he was web editor of the College View and webmaster for the Journalism Society. A graduate of the Gaiety School of Acting, James began writing for Hot Press in early 2013. When not writing James can usually be found, guitar in hand, playing small gigs with his mates around Dublin city centre.
