In case you're worried, they're playing separately!
Tracey Chapman is the latest addition to the Cork Live At The Marquee line-up. She plays on June 22 with tickets priced €44.20 (standing) and €44.20 (standing) on sale on Monday March 30.
Up the following night are Chickenfoot, a supergroup featuring ex-Van Halen (and Montrose!) men Sammy Hagar and Michael Anthony, Joe Satriani and Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith. We suspect there may be a few guitar-players in the crowd! Tickets available on Tuesday March 31 for €44.20.
"The style is high-energy, kick-ass rock n' roll," says Satriani. "We all bring to the table some unusual influences and then we also share a lot of roots. We'll draw from funk, blues and experimental. We know what we want to get out of it. We want passages in songs that develop and we want everyone's personality to be able to come out."
The quartet will be releasing an album beforehand.
