Former Kila and Frames performer Colm Mac Con Iomaire will support the trio on the night
Writer, and sometime Hot Press contributor, Peter Murphy and his collaborators, the producer and musician Acko, and singer/composer Paula Cox premiere material from their upcoming album The Brotherhood of the Flood in Wexford Arts Centre next month.
Their debut album The Sounds of John Revolver saw great acclaim with the trio being compared to a cross between Tom Waits, The Velvet Underground, and William Burroughs.
Since then they have played at a raft of venues in Ireland and the UK and delivered an ensemble performance on RTE 1's The Works and Arena on RTE Radio 1.
The upcoming album is inspired by material from Peter's latest novel Shall We Gather At the River.
Founder member of Kila and former Frames guitarist, the veratile instrumentalist Colm Mac Con Iomaire will support them on the night.
