Slane details come to light

Hot Press has learned that due to the way his Anger Management World Tour is being scheduled, Eminem’s Slane Castle headliner is likely to take place on Saturday, September 17.

Support looks like being provided by 50 Cent and The Game who both received rave reviews last month when they played The Point.

Meanwhile, Basement Jaxx look like being joined by Underworld and Mylo when they play Dublin’s Marlay Park on August 20. Dance industry sources say that the Chemical Brothers will also be headlining there during the summer.

And finally, catering to a completely different market altogether, Anastacia has confirmed a July 17 performance at Marlay Park. Tickets for the event are priced at €59.50 and go on sale April 21 from the usual outlets nationwide.
