Red Bull Electric Ballroom launches at Oxegen

This decadently styled area will play host to some of the biggest names in electronic music

Red Bull has just launched its 'Electric Ballroom' at Oxegen, and we gotta say - it's sounding pretty lavish!

The Ballroom will transform the existing structure into a grand art-deco style ballroom. Inside and out, the dressing and theming of the entire venue has been designed to create the Electric Ballroom experience – complete with grand entrance, chandeliers, hanging prints and giant portraits, all reminiscent of the 1930s ballroom era!

Headlining Friday night is Sven Väth, one of Germany's most acclaimed and accomplished DJ/producers. The Bloody Beetroots will take to the stage on Saturday, with Dutch DJ Afrojack headlining Sunday night. There's plenty more big names besides, with Tiga, Shit Robot, Maverick Sabre, Crookers and Bitches With Wolves all set to perform live in the Electric Ballroom over the weekend.

Punters are invited to don a tux, cocktail dress, or even just a trilby and enjoy a delicious drink at the adjoining Red Bull Cocktail Bar. We can't wait!
