New Broadcasting Authority of Ireland members appointed
Four new members also added to board
Minister Alex White has received Government approval for new appointments to the Broadcasting Authority of Ireland.
Pauric Travers will serve as Chairperson for the next three years, where he will be alongside three new nominees; Alan McDonnell, Claire Duignan, and Grace Smith, who will each sit for five years. Michelle McShortall has been reappointed for three years.
The new appointees will replace the outgoing board members - Larry Bass, Siobhan Ni Ghadhra, Colum Kenny and Michael Moriarty - whose terms expire in February 2015.
