Heathers’ Song For Failte Ireland Campaign

Failte Ireland have revealed to Hot Press that the campaign will start in March 2010, although the budget and areas to be targeted have yet to be finalised.

The song, entitled 'Remember When', has also been chosen for the Tisch/Hot Press video treatment, and the premier of the video took place on Tuesday, December 15, at the Sugar Club.

"It's a great song and perfect for a Failte Ireland campaign," Hot Press editor Niall Stokes said. "There is something really refreshing about Heathers' approach and there's a lovely, quirky, compelling quality to the recording. I think it'll work really well in the campaign. Let's hope that it opens doors internationally for Heathers, because they are quite special."

Heathers comprises Louise (guitar/vocals) and Ellie (vocals).
