Castle Palooza announces line-up
One of Hot Press' very favourite festivals, Castle Palooza returns this August Bank Holiday with acts including David Kitt, R.S.A.G and Dark Room Notes.
The boutique festival runs from August 1-2 at Charleville Castle in Tullamore, Co. Offaly, with two-day camping tickets on sale now for €89.
Back for the fourth year running, the arts 'n' music fest will this year host David Kitt, Project Jenny Project Jan, R.S.A.G, Channel One, Robotnik, The Lost Brothers, Dark Room Notes, Noise Control, 8 Ball, Glint, Le Galaxie, and tonnes more.
There's also a strong arts programme, with a live Rocky Horror Picture Show, ceilí, dance workshops and more to keep you busy all weekend.
Just 2,500 tickets are made available, with camping facilities on site including hot showers and proper flushing loos. And for those out for something a little classier, there are special tickets on sale including a 'Couples Treat Yourself' package offering champagne, breakfast in bed and other luxuries you'd be hard pressed to find at any other festival!
For more info – and to buy tickets – check out www.castlepalooza.com. Tickets are also on sale at usual outlets nationwide.
Castle Palooza donates a portion of each ticket sale to the Charleville Castle restoration project.
