Sinead O’Connor to play London's Pigalle Club

March is shaping up like Irish Invasion Month at London’s Pigalle Club, with three top Irish acts, Sinéad O’Connor, Jack L, and a St Patrick’s Day Special with Mary Coughlan, already confirmed for separate gigs there. The club, located at 215 Piccadilly, London, W1J 9HN, is owned by Irish promoter Vince Power.

The Pigalle Club, located in the heart of the West End, duplicates the glamour and sophistication of the forties. With a dining capacity of 150 and a total capacity of 280, the Pigalle’s live music diet varies from swing to soul and rock n’ roll. The venue has staged concerts by artists such as Van Morrisson, Marianne Faithfull and Eartha Kitt. More recent acts have included Duffy and Solange Knowles. The venue has actually attracted celebrity clientele of the caliber of Beyonce, Anna Friel, Orlando Bloom and hot new Bond girl Gemma Arterton.
