The Pale release new single and hit the road for the summer
The Pale have announced the release of their new single, ‘Chocolate Factory’ and their mammoth summer tour schedule.
It will be a delicious summer for The Pale as they take to the road with their new single ‘Chocolate Factory’. The brand spanking new track which is paired with ‘Lady Gregory’ on CD will be released in on July 1. The band say they are going back to what they're good at with this number; fine quirky pop. They also hope to release an album in the near future.
As for the live side of the band, The Pale – who obviously enough hail from the capital – are certainly getting around this summer with dates all over the place. The band have already played a few dates in June but the following are the Irish gigs announced so far: Dolans, Limerick July 4; Joe Lees, Tullamore (14); McHughs, Drogheda (August 15); The Stables, Mullingar (16); Paul Geaneys, Dingle (23). The group also have some dates around the Czech Republic where they are, apparently a big hit with the natives.
Chocolate Factory is available on CD from www.1969records.com and through Road Records. It is available for free digital download on i-Tunes.
