Jimmy Cake return with new LP and line-up
Dublin's Jimmy Cake are back following a five year break.
The Hot Press Newsdesk, 04 Apr 2008

After a five year hiatus and with new faces in the lineup, The Jimmy Cake return with a new album, Spectre & Crown. The Dublin 9-piece enlisted the help of a string quartet and a brass section to release the entirely self-financed album on their own label, Pilatus Records.
The album also features the artwork of Dublin based Japanese artist Atsushi Kaga, making for an exciting CD package.
The band launch Spectre & Crown at The Button Factory on Friday April 18, where they will be joined on stage by a string quartet and additional brass.
