Bell X1 's Flock receives US release
Today marks the Stateside release of Bell X1's Flock album, which has received a rake of positive reviews.
The American media have been saying some jolly nice things about Bell X1’s Flock album, which has just received its Stateside release.
“Flock is filled with surprising twists and turns that somehow still lead somewhere safe, making Bell X1 like that charming friend who takes you on an adventurous night of pub crawling yet still makes sure you get home safely,” gushes Long Island’s Newsday.
The neighbouring New York Times reckons that, “The group sound like Radiohead had they never gone off the arty deep end. Paul Noonan’s writing will make you swoon.”
Meanwhile, Bell X1 guitarist David Geraghty has announced rearranged solo shows in Auntie Annie’s, Belfast (May 8) and The Button Factory, Dublin (9).
Tickets go on sale at 9am on Tuesday February 19.
Sure to feature is ‘Ragdoll’, the third single to be lifted from his Choice Music Prize-nominated Kill Your Darlings album.
