The Immediate's swan song
As a farewell to fans, The Immediate have made a new song available for free download on their MySpace page.
Recorded earlier this year, ‘The Mist Above The Mind’ makes us even sadder that the chaps have decided to break up.
A “thank you for all the amazing messages we’ve been getting”, it features such memorable couplets as: “Now it is your face that she is painting/Your twisted torso laid down on a board/Wild and cold colours/Replace the flesh tones given by your mother/The weeks go by, the paint has dried/Tumbled tears subside/To the mist above the mind.”
