Wall Of Fame: launch details revealed
Following the story in this issue of Hot Press on the Temple Bar Music Centre’s Wall Of Fame, we can now confirm details of the launch.
The rock’n’roll attraction will pay homage to twelve artists that have contributed to Ireland’s musical heritage.
The musicians honoured on the attraction will be revealed on Thursday 20 October, when legendary DJ Dave Fanning will unveil the revamped side of the Temple Bar Music Centre.
To add to the festivities, there will also be a special concert on the night – and though the details of who’s playing have yet to be revealed, word is that they’re going to be names close to the hearts of music fans from the last 50 years.
The launch will be a public event taking place at the Music Centre so keep that date in your diary, and head over to www.walloffame.ie for more information about the unveiling, the concert and the attraction itself.
