Children Of The Son are set for a regular slot in The Mezz, in Dublin.
The young Wicklow four-piece have been turning heads in recent months, with a series of stunning performances culminating in a triumphant Mezz headliner on Saturday.
"It was amazing! The crowd went WILD, and these were people who had never seen them before," a band spokesperson told Hot Press – with the result that Children Of The Son have now been pencilled in for a regular monthly slot in the Temple Bar-located club, starting on Saturday, April 7. COTS also have gigs lined-up in Stacks Sports Bar in Bray (March 23 and April 08) and Ashford (where they play a charity show in support of a Motor Neurone charity on April 14).
"We were thrilled when Kurt from The Mezz rang today to say that he will give the boys a weekend slot once every month," the spokesperson added. "Let the Mezz be their Cavern!"
