Psychotic Reaction's last two events of the year
Monotonix, House of Dolls, Box Elders among those to perform.
Rock and roll club Psychotic Reaction will take place at Crawdaddy on Friday 27 November at 11pm. Monotonix and House of Dolls will play, with Psychotic Reaction DJs afterward. Tickets are €13 and are available online from www.ticketmaster.ie.
Monotonix is a high energy garage punk band from Tel Aviv, whose shows feature chaotic on-stage acrobats and psychical contact with the audience.
Support on the night comes from new four-piece band House of Dolls. Influenced by everything from Spiritualized to M83, the noise made by Dublin's House Of Dolls is hard edged psychedelia. Epic build-ups, darkened grooves and glorious vocal melodies comprise their sound.
Psychotic Reaction's last night of the year will be presented by their new monthly night, Dead Chickens, at Twisted Pepper on Saturday 5 December at 11pm. The night will feature performances from Box Elders, Cheap Freaks, So Cow, Former Bullies, and DJ Gav Icon. Early bird tickets are available for €5 (www.bodytonicmusic.com/store), and tickets are €10 at the door.
