Foul-mouthed tirade leaves little doubt of his conviction
Graham Nash, one third of the folk supergroup Crosby, Stills & Nash has said the group is finished.
While the trio of Nash, David Crosby and Stephen Stills haven't recorded an album together for more than 15 years, they did play sporadic live events together in the meantime. But even they look altogether unlikely after Nash opened up to Dutch magazine Lust For Life - and left little to the imagination.
"I don't like David Crosby right now," he's quoted as saying, before turning the interview into something more akin to a McGregor v Diaz press conference. "He's been awful for me the last two years, just fucking awful. I've been there and saved his fucking ass for 45 years, and he treated me like shit. You can't do that to me. You can do it for a day or so, until I think you're going to come around. When it goes on longer, and I keep getting nasty emails from him, I'm done. Fuck you. David has ripped the heart out of Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young."
He concluded: "I’m done. I’ve had 10 years of it. Leave me the fuck alone. I need to concentrate on me now."
The group, of course, have been something of an on/off affair since their inception, so it remains to be seen whether these divides prove to be irreversible.
