Ukulele Hooley comes to Dun Laoghaire
The en vogue instrument is celebrated this August.
If you haven't joined the likes of Eddie Vedder and picked up a ukulele as yet, here's a great reason to get involved.
The 4th Ukulele Hooley – Ireland's national ukulele festival –takes place in Dun Laoghaire on August 24-25.
It promises to be a weekend of fun events, including ukulele master workshops, beginners workshops, bus busks and an open mic night.

The main event is an eight hour concert featuring some of the finest ukulele acts in the world.
