Randy Newman cancels European tour
Doctor's orders have forced Randy Newman to postpone his upcoming European tour, including two dates in Vicar Street on November 3 and 4.
Newman was set to tour Europe with his new Harps And Angels release, but has now been forced to postpone the entire 18-date tour.
The singer is under doctor's orders to take it easy due to "physical limitations and severe pain caused by stenosis in the lower back and neck".
Newman has apologised for the cancellation, saying: "I deeply regret not being able to come. I like it so much in Europe and I've always been treated so well. I'll get there as soon as I can."
