Picturehouse will return to live duties this summer in support of their forthcoming greatest hits album
Picturehouse fans across the land will be pleased to learn that the lads have signed up for a series of summer festival and headlining gigs.
What's more, they've been busily preparing their fabulously titled Get Yer Hits Out album. Drawing from their seven year career (that's 49 in dog years), the Best Of collection features twelve re-mastered singles, two new tracks and a DVD that includes the videos for World and His Dog, Sunburnt and Everybody Loves My Girl. One of the new songs, 'Meet Me', will be released as a single on June 18.
Meantime, you can catch them playing the following live dates this summer: Shannon Nights, Shannon (June 4); Ballybunion Festival, Kerry (5); The Grove Hotel, Malahide (15); The Old Oak, Cork (23); Dolan's Warehouse, Limerick (24); Vicar St., Dublin (27); Bailie Hotel, Bailiebourgh, Cavan (July 2); The Stables, Mullingar (3); The Hydro, Kilmuckridge, Co. Wexford (30) and in Kerry's Skibbereen Festival (August 1) and Newry's Cam Lough Festival, Co. Down (August 14).
