The three nominees for the prestigious gong have been revealed
The BRIT awards are held in London’s O2 arena at the end of February, the most prestigious awards in the British music industry with the Critic Choice award being the one to look out for.
It’s the award that gives those artist an extra push, and three acts have been put forward for this year's prize - Frances, Izzy Bizzu and Jack Garrat.

Izzy Bizzu is currently working on her debut album, A Moment Of Madness, to be released next May. The nomination's a great honour for her as well: "I grew up watching the BRITs on the TV at home so it's pretty exciting to be a part of it!"
Jack Garratt’s first album, Phase will be released in February and following a sold-out UK tour of his own, he’s going on tour with Mumford And Sons, including supporting them in the 3Arena in December. "It's such a significant award that highlights the importance of new music, so it's a genuine honour to have been nominated."
The man Garratt just announced a Dublin show for March of next year, so you'll have a chance to sample his wares in all their live majesty soon; in the meantime, check some of the tunes below and see for yourself who deserves to be this year’s winner.
